In the newspapers I noticed that photographs of Michelle Obama had more prominence than the assembled photographs of the world leaders.
She seems to have gone down a storm and fanned the flames of Obama enthusiam just as the honeymoon period draws to a close for her husband.
She is good to look at, certainly, but what was more striking was the warmth of her smile when she was with the other wives. She looked happy and relaxed! How refreshing! I like the thought that she has started a vegetable garden at the White House, and that her mother has moved in to help look after their daughters.
As British MP’s seem to be stacking up more and more expenses to shore up their income .. I do hope that Michelle and Barack Obama do deep down have the integrity that they talk about. It would be good to believe in a politican. It would be fantastic to have people in the public eye who don’t lie.
